Payments:
Full or partial upfront payment is required depending on order value. Work starts only after payment is received. Custom payment terms must be agreed beforehand.Delivery:
Products are delivered digitally after full payment. Alternative methods must be agreed in advance, with costs covered by the customer. The seller is not responsible for lost files or delivery issues after sending.Revisions:
Limited revisions are allowed during sketching, with minor edits after completion. Extra revisions will cost additional fees.Currency & Fees:
Payments must be made in the agreed currency. Customers cover all extra transaction or conversion fees.Refunds:
Full refunds are available if there’s no progress for 2 months or no completion within 4 months (excluding valid delays). Lack of response may count as approval.Usage:
For personal use only. Commercial use requires prior agreement. Not allowed for NFTs, crypto, or AI-related use.Cancellations:
Seller may cancel orders anytime with a refund. Disrespectful behavior may lead to cancellation and possible refusal of future service.
